PLANT EXTRACTED ENZYMES

Papain (CAS: 9001-73-4)
Papain is a sulfhydryl protease extracted from the water-soluble portion of the latex of the fruit of Carica Papaya. It is a Vegetarian and Vegan-Friendly Protease, and is Non-GMO. Papain is Kosher (Kof-K) and Halal certified.

Bromelain (CAS: 9001-00-7)
Bromelain enzymes are a mixture of sulfhydryl proteases (proteolytic enzymes) and other substances in smaller quantities. The product is an extract from pineapples stems (Ananas comosus) but can also be found in the different parts of the fresh pineapple. It is a Vegetarian and Vegan-Friendly Protease and is Non-GMO. Papain is Kosher (Kof-K) and Halal certified.
